Our Approach
Relationships are the cornerstone of our approach to business. At Yuntulun Consulting, we hold a deep belief that healthy relationships and education are key drivers of social change.
By building relationships based on compassion and integrity with our clients, we help organisations challenge bias, reflect and understand the role they can play in removing the barriers faced by many in society — in particular, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
We do this through conversations, coaching and workshops that empower our clients to adopt new ways of thinking and working. We also strengthen the capacity of organisations to better engage communities including undertaking co-design processes.
Tailored training and workshops
We’re able to provide engaging and tailored cultural training and workshops for both individuals and organisations. Training and workshop content — appropriate to your level of cultural understanding — can be tailored to your organisation’s values, gaps in knowledge, needs or areas of interest.
Strategic planning
We’re able to guide your organisation through every stage of developing an accredited Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) with Reconciliation Australia. In addition, we can also help your organisation create specific sub-strategies that fall under a RAP, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members, suppliers, artists and more.
Cultural audits
Yuntulun Consulting’s measurable and transparent cultural audits will help your organisation gain a snapshot of your level of cultural understanding, to identify opportunities for growth and reflection. Cultural audits often form the basis for our tailored training and workshops and Reconciliation Action Plans.
Community engagement
Yuntulun Consulting can help facilitate the development of relationships between your organisation and the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community, such as elders, suppliers and artists.
